1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyAthena (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MyAthena is an AI-powered personal growth and life coaching platform designed to help you become your best version through the Four Pillars experience: Oracle (wisdom), Mirror (self-reflection), Ascent (growth), and Crucible (transformation).

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

3. Product and Feature Usage

MyAthena provides access to four core experiences:

  • Oracle: AI-powered guidance and wisdom for personal questions and challenges
  • Mirror: Self-reflection tools to understand your patterns and behaviors
  • Ascent: Growth frameworks and actionable plans for personal development
  • Crucible: Deep transformation exercises designed to unlock your potential

Free users have limited access (3 questions per day). Pro and Founder subscribers enjoy unlimited access to all features.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

MyAthena offers subscription plans through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) when accessed via the iOS app. Subscription options include:

  • Monthly Pro: Recurring monthly subscription
  • Annual Pro: Recurring annual subscription with savings
  • Founder Access: Lifetime one-time purchase

Billing is processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in the App Store settings.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended.

5. Apple In-App Purchase Notice

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payments and manages your billing. We do not store your payment information directly. For subscription management, billing inquiries, or refunds, please contact Apple Support through the App Store.

6. Cancellation and Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Founder (lifetime) purchases cannot be refunded after purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions may be subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Uploading malware or harmful code
  • Scraping or automated data collection without permission
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MyAthena (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by MyAthena or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create and upload (reflections, goals, messages). By uploading content, you grant MyAthena a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Platform's services.

9. Disclaimer of Medical and Legal Advice

MyAthena is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or emergency services.

The guidance, insights, and recommendations provided by MyAthena are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Always consult with qualified professionals before making significant life decisions based on Platform guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAthena and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional harm.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
